RSS Feed/News Custom User Fields only displayed/accessible to selected user groups

At /admin.php?custom-user-fields/ I would like to see the addition of user groups selection for which the field is displayed/available.



So if I select (multiple) user group(s) then only members of those user group(s) can see and access the field a it's display location.
