I'm sure I've seen this before; or it may have been on vBulletin.
Is there an addon, for when a member posts a hyperlink in a post (to an external website), to get some kind of popup or box appear, that people have to somehow acknowledge, before the post will appear?
I'm thinking of something like - "We have noticed you have posted a link to an external website - I confirm that this is not Spam and the third party website is appropriate to access."
