We installed the ChatGPT Reply Assistant about 1–2 years ago, but it's currently not working. When we click on 'ChatGPT Reply', we receive the message: 'Sorry, I couldn't contact the ChatGPT think tank.' Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?
