RSS Feed/News - Cannot move to next tabs in RTL

In RTL, the arrow to show the next tabs is not working in all pages, for example in (What's new), (User profile) and (advanced search) pages

Currently there is no way to use the buttons more than the screen width, please provide a fix. Thanks
