Xenforo 2.1 Blacklist specific URLs or Words for Members?

Is there a addon to blacklist some URLs being posted in my forum
ex:
Some people post Cashlinks like
https://www.upload-4ever.com/
https://www.file-upload.com/
https://gplinks.in/
These websites generate revenue when used by people
So if someone posts a thread with a URL then send the thread to approval queue or generate a report or just block him from posting that thread?

BattleKingEmm well replacing them wouldn't be useful since it would just result in something that isn't even required there
