RSS Feed/News Avatar Help

[ENXF NET]

I've looked and I just can not find it. I know about the avatar gallery, but I've not done anything with it. I downloaded a resource that lets people pick avatars, and I feel like doing something in this area will miss it up. However all I want to do is update an avatar for people that did not pick one so it does not use the css ? any help would be most helpful. Also telling me HOW to do it would also go a long way.
