auto assign registered to registered Secondary User Groups

i have modified the registered usergroup forum permissions, there is an issue when i try to change member usergroup, to another usergroup that registered permission will be removed,
so is there is any way to add auto assign auto assign registered to registered Secondary User Groups registered so permissions would stay

what i mean registered usergroup always stay on members even i change the usergroup, so i keep the permissions that i edit thats what i want

In vb when i had that forum if a user made 10 posts it would auto into a new member group and if a user made 25 posts it would auto into a junior user group is there such a feature or mod that can do this

i believe that is what the op is asking i too am interested
