Appearance -> Styles (HUGE PROBLEM!!)

Hello everyone.

I have made a big big fckn bullshit/misstake.
I was in Appearance -> Styles and see that there was 3 Styles. It was like this:

Default ( )
Fury ( )
MyForumStyle (X)

MyForumStyle was enablet, every other like default and fury was disablet so i thought i can remove them.
I delete this two and check back to my page. Now everything is fucked up and in a white theme.

I was thinking i was secure because i have actual database backups on my localhost.
I reupload / backup them but nothing happens. The Styles are still gone.
Is there any way to make this back ?

use cmd in ssh

cd xf folder and run "php cmd.php xf-dev:recompile"

What exactly does this command ? Will all settings, plugins, prefixes, usergroup settings and all that custom delete with this ?
Set everything to default or does this only reinstall the default theme and let everything as it is?
Im so scared that i make it even worser then now.

The thing is, someone else does the work for me. Im also admin but have not the experience with xf to handle such stuff.
I just only accidentally deleted the themes that were deactivated because I thought they wouldn't be needed and my home directory backup would save me in case something went wrong.

I use cPanel and have Backups from everything. MySQL Database Backup, Home Directory Backup and Account Backups.
But it didnt work.
Do you know why the themes were not restored by the home directory backup?
I thought everything is in this backup... From Addons, to themes.. just everything but it wasnt.
Very confusing for me.

By the way an export of the default style might not help.

i reinstall the default theme and then another theme that i need.
was a little bit tricky but it works.

Now everything is fine

BattleKingSomeone give me the files/archives and i install them again in the styles menu under appearance.
then i playd around a little bit with parent / child options.

and at one point i was lucky to rebuild it.

BattleKingi delete only the default theme and a parent theme from my main theme.
The main theme was not deleted so that was my luck i think..
