RSS Feed/News API: Create Thread with specific date and time

While playing around with the API to add a thread to a node, something helpful is to allow an optional timestamp parameter to be passed. If we are using the API to create an importer from another forum or blog, for instance, we want to preserve the date and time of what we are importing.
