any working resource manager download limiter ?

hello guys i have tried several download limter for resource managers, like XFRM Extras 1.0.6b and xenbros-Xfrmlimit-1.2.2 but they are not working with me im using rm 2.2.2, so any working addon ?

itsrickno its just not limiting anything, after setting up the permession and checking the configurtion etc the only plugin that worked XFRM Extras 1.0.6b but it didnt work for limiting guests only registered users, also it worked for guests but if you allow them 0 download!

itsrickhm guest should not be able to download anything, are they allowed to do it on your board?
If yes, I guess the code need to be changed to limit them as well, but how should you know how many they have already downloaded? This could be bypassed then in different ways. Better would be to prevent quests from downloading.

BattleKingyes im allowin then to download,i thought it limit them with ip or cookies or so, but good point i will just force them to register
