Improvements & Bug Fixes

Added lazy loading with refresh option for banner ads as well. If you are using multiple banners for the same ad, this will show a random image on each refresh.
Added image lazy loading option in ad/package settings.
Added 10 new positions for Showcase add-on and support for keyword/affiliate ad links.
Added adblock detection option to display notice after x page views.
Ad clone function will now use an exact clone of the ad instead of resetting certain values.
Updated GeoLite API to latest...

I can't get this thing to work - I'm an idiot - it's gotta be some setting that I am missing. I'll create an add, and when I view the site, I'll see it for a split second, and then it' gone. Anyone know what I might have set wrong to make it only show for a split second, and the vanish?

pattycakeDid you have any errors after installing this plugin? I just ran into such a problem, I installed the Royal template and then this plugin and got errors in the admin panel. I had to uninstall this template and reinstall the plugin.
