addon & userbar?

Hi guys, I'm new to xenforo, and I'd like your help.

How can I display this information of posts/credits/creation date/threads, just like in the second image?

Is there an addon that does this?

What about the avatar + this background banner, is that also an add-on?

And I would also like to know how I can add a userbar and place it on a specific user, I'm trying but I can't, I want to remove these squares and put images, like this one for example:

JaceOkay, I can leave out most of those things. But I'd like to at least display: posts/credits/creation date/threads, how can i do that?

And as for the userbar, how do I add/change them?

But as for modifying the style of the forum, is there a main .css where I can change the colors of some buttons, backgrounds and so on?

What 'Reputation' addon should I have?

Like Jace said, mixture of various things. It's not just like pressing a single button.
Also kind of hard to explain it in a single post.

If I'd do some postbit like this it would probably take me 30-45min depending if I have to adjust responsiveness.
For you probably, or any other "Beginner" more than 2 or 3 hours if not even more.
