addon for custom user groups?

Is there an addon for custom user groups in the account page, So with that you can give the option members to make their own custom user groups or have it where they pay to have the user group listed and members can join it and show who is apart of it. this would be amazing if there is,.

SplichoIll take a look at it, I just preferred one where it was simple group that people can be invited to and display it on the forums so members can see the group there in and possible show their main group for example if they are moderator, they make their own group the group will show on the forums. So lets say they are cartel. Then it will show moderator as main group then secondary which is the group they are in will be cartel. and so on. I know you can do this manually but it would be easier so that staff doesn't have to keep manually adding members etc. the leader of the group will be able to invite and they accept. they even get to choose from their user group color or the main color they are grouped in, and then you can choose your main group or your group you made as to be displayed. this would be pretty sick.

AFWBetter would be a custom addon for that tbh as the normal usergroup system aint that suitable for that matter
