RSS Feed/News Add-on archive requirements ignore dependencies included in the same install batch

When multiple add-on ZIPs are uploaded together, XenForo validates every archive from current addon.cache and does not consider add-ons already added to the same installation batch.

Example:

1. Upload PB-CoreLibrary-1.0.0.zip and OzzModz-Badges-2.4.0.zip, which requires PB/CoreLibrary 1.0.0+.
2. Installation fails:

Could not process OzzModz-Badges-2.4.0.zip: The following requirements for [XB] Badges were not met: [XB] Badges requires [XB] Core Library 1.0.0+.
