RSS Feed/News Add new emoji reactions - how

Ok I only briefly looked into this once before and didn't get very far. But I am wanting to add some new, exclusive emojis (or smilies whatever they are) to reactions and to the general icon choice to add in posts. I've seen some sites that have some really cool ones - I don't know where you find them or how you add them. Any help appreciated.
