Now can decide who see the extension or the file size of the first attachment of a resource.

New permissions:

Fix for unlimited downloads:

• If a user/usergroup has unlimited download permissions it will now be shown
• Notifications disabled for these users, because they have no limit to download files.

• Downloads left will be shown if user has the right to

• Colors for the text "Downloads left" and for the number of downloads left can be separately be set

• Time range of download limit can now be specified in seconds, unlimited and 0 means 24 hours

• Download limit breach can now be detected and send an alert to the configured user

• Translation added into an extra folder, there is no need to download the english version.
