3.0.11 Update content
Fixed the issue where prominent topics were not listed in the block area after the plugin was installed.

Add-on features,

• Permits
  • The desired user group can / cannot see
  • The desired user group can / cannot highlight the topic
  • The desired user group can manage / not manage highlights
• Options
  • Open / close plugin
  • Edit the featured topics title
  • Turn off / on featured header
  • Determine the location to be shown.
  • Thread change time setting
  • Thread replacement flow rate.
  • Skip X topics on every change.
  • Limit the number of featured topics to show.
  • Show as many characters as desired.
  • Limit uploaded background image size.

• Adminpc access and control issue fixed.
