xF2 Add-on [Xenbros] Thread Grid 2.0.1

Originally if someone viewed the forum list "grid" it would eat 24 MB of data per view, now it only eats 4 MB per view.

FIx : the thread_view css issues that make grid in all place

New Layout for 2.1 or newer
more responsive with Grid
Use this in only 2.1 or new version of xenforo . for 1.5 or old use 1.0.2
NOTE - Please uninstall old if you gonna use new version of thread Grid Addon
