xF2 Add-on [TH] Nodes for grid, custom styling, and custom icons 1.1.2 Patch Level 1

Changes:
- Added an option to revert node styling on the node layout & styling page.

• Add support for node icons to work for sub forums on forum list.
• Adds ability to copy style from one node to another.
• Option added for create thread trigger to go straight to create thread page (and not modal).
