Changes:

• Resolved an issue with campaign data not being correctly rebuilt on Milestone changes (edit, delete).

• Added the ability to watch campaigns and receive alerts for new comments and donations.
• Fixed an issue that would prevent the donators username from being displayed in new donation alerts.
