xF2 Add-on TechGateStudio TG-Core 2.0

The plugin is auxiliary for some TechGate Studio developments, and also introduces changes to the functionality of XenForo 2. *.

• The plugin is not adapted to version XenForo 2.1.
• Plugin on Alpha release.
