How is this template modification different than the original?
In this version the total number of Reports and the Approval posts total are added together to show in a badge on the Tools link, where the original adds each respective link to the navbar itself when a new post is reported or post approved. I have also opted to add the link after the username in the staff bar, where the original instructs you to place it at the beginning (just a matter of preference).
