xF2 Add-on Discussion Thread Enhancements for Bob's Showcase 1.0.10

• From Showcase 3.2.22, first post reactions are now converted to an item as part of the core - so this addon will no longer run the conversion code when 3.2.22+ detected.
• Updated the installer routine, was missing a row definition.

• Updated to support inlining reviews and updates converted from posts (New feature in Showcase 3.2.22)

• Fix missing "message.less" file if browsing as user/guest with no post permissions.

1.0.6 was missing the template replacements to remove inline moderation for the reviews.

Amended.

Inline Reviews

Replace the "X has posted a new review....." with the actual review (using Showcase's original display macros).

Again this isn't retro-active - but if you want, you can update the discussion_post_id field in the xf_xa_sc_item_rating table to put them in manually.

• When converting a thread to an item, the reactions will now also be moved over.
