xF2 Add-on Custom Fields Permissions 2.7.1

Ensure missing schema changes are applied when this add-on is updated or rebuilt

• Add "Content owner skips check" flag for "Input permissions (Viewer)" and "Output permissions (Viewer)" for custom fields for Threads/Tickets/Media items

• Fix error on creating new custom fields

• Fix php 8.1 compatibility, and remove redundant html escaping
• Update type hinting to php7+
• Force global namespace for functions which are known to be optimizable to bytecode in php, or known global functions to avoid a current namespace lookup for the function.
• Use font-awesome icon instead of a png for add-on icon

• Require php 7+
• Require XenForo 2.1+
• Conform XF2.2 support

• Do not apply custom field permissions configuration when viewing user profile in admincp

• Fix that a required non-visible field on the input form would block posting/editing

• Fix work-around for XF rebuilding the custom fields cache without add-ons enabled after a version upgrade

• Only trigger NixFifty: Tickets install code if add-on is installed

• Support @NixFifty: Tickets (v2.0.0 Beta 5) add-on (paid)
