RSS Feed/News XFMG (Media Gallery) - Video Streaming?

I can't seem to find a definitive answer. But I'm looking to upload a few videos to my upcoming XF site, and I'm curious to know if the MG will allow me to define video content to be streamed rather than downloaded? Looking around in the Demo, I believe it does, that's what FFmpeg does, right? And this would prevent a user from downloading/saving the file, correct?
