RSS Feed/News XFMG is missing pagination

When calling /api/media-category/5/content it seems to load all content for that category. If I pass a header or query parameter called page, it doesn't seem to allow pagination. For albums with hundreds or thousands of images, this can be used a way to attack the server as it generates enormous responses on request.
