RM Download from list - XF2 - RM Download From List brings the download button from resource view to resources list

Description
RM Download From List brings the download button from resource view to resources list (index and category) to allow direct view of which resources can be downloaded or not.

To better track what you have downloaded, the download button changes from Download Now to Downloaded once the resource has been downloaded until a new update of the resource.

What is the problem? It is working, there are some bugs, but it is working.

well Dragonbyte team posted that youd be able to use DB credits to purchase items in RM but what they actually did was just let you use the charge bb code in the description.. so ....kind of useless

@Pr0fesseur I know it is older, but what kind of activities you would like to see. RM works with the DBTech Credit system already. Or do you want to place a price of credits during the creation of the resource for it, so that each resource could have a different price ?

@BattleKing yes the latter, i wanted to swap the $$ for credits..
i know you can place a flat price but thats so dumb for so many reasons.
