XenForo iPhone IOS 17.4 Web-App Notification Bug?

I have XenForo 2.2.15 and iPhone 13 Pro Mac IOS17.4

Some time ago, the web push notifications no longer work.

Is this a bug of IOS 17.4 or a XenForo problem?

It had still worked for me a few weeks ago but it doesn't work on Safari anymore on the MacBook (Sonoma). On the iPad (IOS 17.2) Web App Push notification on the MacBook works perfectly when the web app installs. Google Chrome on MacOs it also runs perfectly. The problem on the iPhone (IOS 17.4) it no longer runs in the background. In the background I get 1 notification and after that nothing runs anymore.

Someone with the same problem?

The problem is with IOS 17.4 and 17.4.1

It's an update error from Apple!

Yesterday, Apple signed IOS 17.3.1 again, after the downgrade it works again!
