RSS Feed/News Xenforo 2.3 Beta 4 does not highlight check and radio boxes with black border during moderation

2.3 only has a very faint color change on the border of check and radio boxes on selection using keyboard. 2.2 has a black border. This is in Chrome Windows. Black border does appear on other elements. 2.3 stock theme on clean install.



This gap between the two fields is also a weird UI change from 2.2. At least happens on my clean test install!
