I'm experiencing some issues with XF 2.2.15 trying to connect to Amazon SES because Amazon requires a TLS connection. However, on SMTP settings popup I can't select TLS:
It SSL/TLS is selected XF forces SSL:
However, in another XF forum (same XF version, same PHP version (8.2), same server) it shows the following encryption which allows me to select TLS:
What kind of witchcraft is this one? Why XF shows different encryption times in both forums...
