you posted in a xenforo section so yea...
when you look for an solution for your xenforo forum you will need to do that with template modifications by ur own.
or look for an style that is allready little bit similar to this and then do the rest work to get to this end result

you look for an addon that maybe gives you similar results right ?
addon for your xenforo forum ?
think there is nothing out there..
there are more styles available that gives you profile style changes then an addon will do.
sure you can make an addon wich styles you the profile section but what i mean is that there is not so much addons out there for this.
You need to do it byurself. template modifications
