I got a license back in 2020 and then didn't use it or transfer it. Many rules have changed since then, and we've made mistakes because of this. Even though my friend and I logged in from the same city, it was stated that we logged in from different cities, but we were in the same city. I believe the license has been suspended and my friend can't access it.
