Asking here because I couldn't find any solution to the problem I have.
Here some context.
I have defined for years a promotion rule that is defined:
- to promote the user into group
- once he/she has at least one thread inside a forum called
The thing is that this has worked for years but since a couple of weeks, the users are promoted into secondary group and not in the main one.
