User Own Made Prefixes

Hi, Is there an addon that let's users make their own prefixes whenever making a thread? Would be a neat feature thanks.

Prefixes can only be created by administrators and not sure about any third-party addon achieve this feature yet.

I have loads of categories so It would really save time If users could create their own prefixes
