May I know how to do this user banners title without member groups?

That is a User Title, for which you can go to usergroup, and add that to : User title override section, wherein you have to select Use the following user title. As shown in below screenshot

Wolf KnightI don't think that's possible to add multiple User Title or Usergroup name under a single usergroup. Either you have to make multiple usergroups, or you have to find an addon, though I don't know any such addon, maybe some other person know it.
