When Registered user group has not "View attachments to posts" permission, user can not Upload attachment. this is logical when your forums is free,
but when user uploaded & want to see their own attachments, this is a big problem.
if possible, please, add this options:
User upgraded account & uploaded attachments. after acc upgrade expired, ability to see thei own attachments.
