RSS Feed/News Unable To Import Database To New Server

Hello Folks,
Greetings and trust you're all doing great .

I'm in a bit of a fix here. I've been having this error on my Forum for some time now, and anytime it pops up, my website becomes unavailable until i restart the server, and everything comes back to normal
