Transer Forum to other licence

First of all, sorry for my bad englisch. I hope you guys will understand what i need and mean ^^

I ask myself whats the way to go when i wanna transfer my forum to my own license.
Here the story for understanding:

For a couple of weeks i searchd for a person who can make me a forum with xenforo.
I look on fiverr and found someone who say that hes able to make me a forum.
At this time i dont know much about the xenforo system and the licences.

I pay him and he made me a forum. The only things i made by myself at this time was the hosting account and the domain registration.
Everything esle was his part. After he make my Forum i ask him about the licence and how that system work.
He say that he have multiple licences ( i dont know if thats true or not)
Now i realize that this was absolute shit deal because everytime i need something, i need to contact him first... That sucks !
Now i buy me a own Licence and i see that xenforo ask for site title and site url:

REMOVED BY ADMIN, license key visible.

My question now: whats the way to go when i wanna transfer my forum from his licence to my licence.
I have all root data and backup files on my computer. Every style, addon and just everything. Its all on my computer.
Because the forum is already online i ask myself whats the next step to transfer.

Can someone go with me trough that ?

And remove your picture, as your license key is on it!

WinSys32Oh maybe i uploadet the wrong picture with the Licence on it.

I edit it and draw over to hide the key but it seems that i uploadet the undraw raw picture.

Admin/Staff already delete it as i see.

And remove your picture, as your license key is on it!

r4z0rknownSo far as I know it should work, if you enter just the URL of your FORUM, because it is your domain.
But if you are not sure, you can ask XenForo as well.

What i ask myself is whats happening when i ask a question about a problem on the official xf forum.
I think in some cases they will check my forum and then they will see my addons that i use.
That is big problem or not?

Because now at this time i have a huge problem with my forum and i need help.
Since 2 Days i cant login to XF Admin Panel or login to forum with admin account.
On forum it ask me for 2 step verification. Code not works.. BackupCodes also not work.
Cant login anymore, same with adminpanel.

When i try to login with normal user account to the forum, then i get a http 500 error.
Dont know whats happening. I try to backup the files on a week earlier because at this time everything works fine but the backup didnt change anything. The problem is still there and im worry about to ask on the official forum because my plugins that i use.
Im scared that they will check my forum and spot the addons.
I think they can see if they are payd or not.

the hosting service on cpanel have no error logs but in the public_html folder is one file.
The problem is the last installed addon (dbtech) security
Now i need to look how to delete or undo that addon without access to admin panel

I don't want to be rude, but this is seriously basic website coding and errors, you should know this especially when you want to run your own forum.

Check your server logs, error logs and so on and try to fix it...

A little bit css but thats it.. So im on the end of my knowledge.

r4z0rknownIt's really hard to solve a 500 error code, without acces as it can be different thing.

Can you change your PHP settings in your Cpanel? If so, please change max_execution time to 300
memory_limit, to 1G if possible.

Maybe this will solve the 500 error, otherwise you need to dive deeper into it.
