RSS Feed/News Thread Editor disappeared?? (after I deleted unused widget)

While tracking a user problem I noticed an old redundant HTML widget was appearing above the Thread Editor so in my innocence I deleted the widget but it aso took out the editor so now when I click "Recover draft" , "Post thread" or "More options..."

Any ideas on what has happened and how I fix it?
