RSS Feed/News Thread buttongroup buttons at the bottom of the thread?

I think we should have the Watch button (at the very least) at the bottom of threads. Then users don't have to scroll to the top to watch threads.
Why not put the whole block-outer-opposite buttongroup divs down there so the moderators don't have to scroll back up, either?
