So this is a problem which I think many people have experienced, including myself.
What we love on forums are nice, long posts with plenty of useful content.
But the problem with composing a long post is that when you're a way down the page and you want to format the text, you have to scroll back to the top to find the buttons.
What I propose is that once the text box is a certain number of lines long (I don't know how many is sensible) that a duplicate of the text control buttons appears...
