eraverRemoving the landing pages modal is easy to do. However, I can't recommend it until the owner allows it. I respect their custom template modification. It's much better if you purchase a license for this to get full support.

Splichoi found one thing very annoying is when we navigate to any thread , post or click on any where , you have given 3-4 second "to get free support and setup....we advice to purchase a real....." you can drop in footer, pop up again and again doesn't feel like testing a free theme...

$config['db']['charset'] = 'utf8mb4';
$config['db']['collation'] = 'utf8mb4_unicode_ci';

Run this query in SQL

ALTER TABLE xf_template CONVERT TO CHARACTER SET utf8mb4 COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci;
