RSS Feed/News summary and conclusion on a topic

I d like to experiment with adding a post to certain topics with a summary and conclusion on a topic. I want to add these too old topics. I dont want the post too climb to the top because of the last post date. So i like too post in the past. Is that possible? It can be a post like a normal post but it may also be some kind of widget under the topic.
