I've noticed over the past few months on two different forums that this company is definitely leveraged by spammers targeting forums. Quite a few IP ranges too because I actually block the entire CIDR for the IP each time and they still crop up under different IP addresses periodically.

One of the best things I ever did was to start blocking CIDR on the firewall from spam sources on email, forums, and forms. The reality is on our server, there is no reason for anyone from Pakistan, India...
