We had a problem with all users being registered with the same IP address of the server. After that was solved and even using a clean installation, the minimum age toggle box would not disable (always showed) and when it did, the age that i entered did not change and stayed at the original setting of 13. This was an issue with a clean install of 2.3.6 as well as 2.3.4...
