[Solved] Does anyone know how to get the name style to work?

Saw this on the XF2 official forums and decided to see if I could get it to work. Maybe I'm being stupid, but I cannot for the life of me get the retro name style to work.

There's no gif animation? It's all CSS but I can't seem to find out why the name CSS doesn't work.

@TurtleDoveWubby You don't have the full CSS. You don't have the code to the "flux" animation.

@TurtleDoveWubby If you have the original site, you can inspect element and copy the CSS. But you only have images so I don't think you can do anything with it.
