Sitemap problem

Hello.
I have a website with + 20k posts and 15k users.
When i access the sitemap.xml all links are there... about 10 MB and it's huge for google.
How can i do sitemap-1.xml sitemap-2.xml ................? Like here? xenforo.com/community/sitemap.xml

one_finger_manI already did but the /sitemap.xml is same.... with all links on it

you have one sitemap or so maybe you can had a sitmap i dont know im not having that issues but you can try to make a 2 new ones
