momokanIt would take some customization. As of right now, there is no add on that does this that I can find or know of.

@momokan I have been looking into this a little more deeply. I am a member of a Xenforo site that shows the date of birth and age, which has something to do with the member_view and pairsJustified. I will mess around with it and see if I can get something to work the way you are asking for on my site and let you know if it works.

There was also a thread on age display in the xenforo forum.
It seems that only the year and age can be displayed and the month and day can be hidden in the settings, but I do not know how.

i've messed around with /src/Entity/UserProfile.php and it does change some things, just not to the fact of changing to show only the "age" yet. I will eventually figure it out and let you know how to do it
