RSS Feed/News RSS thumbnail image included in message template

https://www.caranddriver.com/rss/all.xml/ is the RSS site I am focusing on, you'll see there's the <media:content url etc> but I cannot figure out how to include that url and not the link url into the bbcode for including an image
