Is there a built-in way to restrict top level profile posts to the profile owner, yet still allow other users to comment on the posts?
For example, on my own profile page I see this field and have the option to start a new profile post (aka update my status). I'd like to prevent other members from posting a top-level post like this on my profile, but still be able to comment on the statuses I've posted.
